Opening in 2024, the Boot Factory for Waverley Council will host public events and community activities in the newly renovated spaces. The ground floor of the Boot Factory connects to the street and the landscaped forecourt - the ‘grass roots’ of the community. The middle level encourages interactive workshops and the exchange of ideas. While the top floor reintroduces the full, open floor plate of the original Boot Factory creating an aspirational collective space.

The Boot Factory forecourt creates a new public space for the community of Bondi Junction.

The Cloud Room will host community events under the sky and canopy of radial rafters.
